Anne Williams

Anne Williams opened Lakeside Manual Physical Therapy 2002 and Mountainside Physical Therapy in 2008. Anne has been a physical therapist for 30 years focusing on the use and techniques of manual physical therapy with the goal of promoting optimal function of individuals challenged by pain and disability; whether acute or chronic in nature.  Anne strives to provide and promote education to the public to facilitate wellness through prevention and healing.  Mountainside Physical Therapy and Lakeside Manual Physical Therapy provide environments which offer a team approach, expanding and sharing knowledge in the pursuit of optimizing patient care. 

Anne earned her bachelor of Science Physical Education, Cum Laude in April, 1990 from Radford University.  In June, 1993 Anne earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Delware.  

In 2011 Anne opened Mountainside Dance Center in Washington, VA.  

In her free time, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband Dennis on their horse farm.
